Global CIF is currently looking for a skilled individual to perform data entry, reporting, and tracking for our Sales, Marketing, Social Media, and Accounting functions. The successful candidate will need a working knowledge of various computer software to accomplish these tasks. Programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, ZOHO CRM, and QuickBooks will be utilized frequently at an intermediate skill level. Training will be provided. This position has analytical and/or administrative responsibilities related to the assigned responsibilities.

​​​Global CIF is seeking a Trade Show & Conference Coordinator, joining our team. We continue to expand our domestic and international trade show management portfolio, which requires another expansion of our team in 2017. The position requires a minimum of three to five years of trade show, conference, or event planning experience. Responsibilities will include trade show and sponsorship sales, assisting trade show managers with organizing domestic and international industry pavilion, exhibitor and visitor support, coordinating vendor relationship, as well as supporting the team with market research projects. Trade show experience in the food and consumer goods industry is a plus.

Global CIF is offering a Internship Position on a full time basis. This position is ideal for U.S. and international students who are looking for a future career in the trade show and convention industry. The internship candidates should have knowledge in social media marketing and communications, industry research, understanding of event management with an interest in pursuing a career in trade show and conference management. It is important that the candidates have strong critical thinking skills to be successful in the internship position.​​

The telemarketing team will be the immediate first contact and voice of the trade show. The dedicated professionals will be speaking with potential domestic and international visitors who are interested in attending the trade show and conference. The successful candidates will need strong working knowledge of various programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and ZOHO CRM. Training will be provided. The primary audience will include previous and potential trade show exhibitors and attendee who are interested in participating in one of the trade shows and industry conferences.
